Roofing Insurance Claims Specialist
This position will be responsible for managing insurance related files from start to finish. Which includes but is not limited to communication with customers and company sales representatives, review and evaluate related file documentation to determine full scope of work required, create quality estimates using Xactimate software, negotiate scope differences, and communicate progress with management.
Accounts Receivable Specialist
The role of the Accounts Receivable Specialist involves providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization. They ensure that accounts receivable data is collated and processed in a confidential and timely manner. Their role is to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
Roofing Insurance Claims Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Create accurate Xactimate Estimate
- Must have some working knowledge of applicable building codes
- Required to use the HD roofing and construction naming convention for estimates, revised estimates, proposals, etc.
- Identify and present solutions when additional resources are needed
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Proficient with investigative and independently manages own work
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Participate in continuing education to advance career and ensure compliance with most up to date regulations
- Assist in the development and continuing improvement efforts to establish HD Roofing and Construction as World Class in the industry
- Comply with company and department policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards
Qualifications:
- English literacy and fluency
- Extensive Customer Service experience
- Microsoft offices skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance, excellent telephone skills
- Ability to work well with others, maintain professional interaction with co-workers

Accounts Receivable Specialist
The role of the Accounts Receivable Specialist involves providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization. They ensure that accounts receivable data is collated and processed in a confidential and timely manner. Their role is to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintaining historical records
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Continuing to improve the receivables process
- Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts receivable
- Producing error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
- Provide input into department’s goal setting process
- Assists with the development of business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Asist with lien filings
Qualifications & Skills:
- A working knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
- Must have a high knowledge of computer operations
- Requires a high degree of accuracy in the collections of receivables
- Must possess excellent data entry skills
- Must be detail oriented but also be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent oral communication skills and the ability to answer a multiple line phone system Must be able to work well with others and meet strict deadlines
- Basic knowledge of insurance or construction

Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree Preferred)
- Experience: Two years of accounting experience
- Must be able to pass a background screening and drug screening
